At Dream Like Product, every item is carefully crafted to order, with unique engravings designed just for you. Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund. To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, with photos of the item and packaging.
  • Email us at dreamlikeproduct@gmail.com or use the contact form on our website.

Once we verify the issue, we’ll process your replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom engraved items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have started and we can no longer cancel or refund the order.
