At Dream Like Product, we are committed to delivering your custom creations safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below for information on processing times, delivery options, and more.


Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Processing times may vary based on the complexity and volume of orders:

  • Standard Processing Time: 5-7 business days
  • Rush Orders: Available upon request (additional fees apply)

We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – available in select areas

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, time of day order was placed, or other unforeseen factors.


Shipping Carriers

We primarily use the following trusted carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within:

  • The United States
  • Canada
    (For international orders outside these regions, please contact us directly)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. You can also track your order on our website using your order number and email address.


Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Dream Like Product is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue and if necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment only. If you're located in Panama City, FL select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will contact you to schedule a pickup time.
