3. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Shipping times and delivery dates are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.
  • Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized products unless there is a manufacturing error.

  • All content on this site (images, text, designs, and logos) is the property of Dream Like Product or under official commercial licensing and may not be used without our permission.
  • Custom designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
